About Element Exteriors
Element Exteriors is Jeremiah Bosco's roofing company, based in Sugar City just north of Rexburg. Jeremiah owns the business and answers its calls himself. Roof replacement is the main work, in architectural shingle and metal, with silicone coatings for low-slope and commercial roofs, alongside repairs, siding, gutters and downspouts. The company covers Rexburg and Idaho Falls and reaches east into Teton Valley, Jackson Hole and Star Valley, on houses and commercial buildings alike.
Free inspections include a storm and hail damage assessment, so a homeowner learns whether the roof needs a repair or a full replacement before committing to either. Workmanship warranties run from 3 years up to 10 depending on the project, so the proposal is the place to see which one a roof carries. Because the owner picks up the phone, the first call reaches the person who answers for the work. Element fits an Upper Valley homeowner planning a re-roof who wants a small, owner-run company handling it from start to finish.
