If you have firsthand experience with a roofing contractor (good or bad), we want to hear it. What you share feeds our vetting; it is not published as a crowd-sourced review. We check every substantive note ourselves before it changes anything on the site.

How this works at The Roofers Guide

What you send goes to our team. We do not publish it. It feeds our vetting, not the public site.
We look into substantive notes ourselves: calling the roofer, pulling updated BBB records, re-reading recent reviews, re-checking licensing and insurance.
If we confirm something material, we update the roofer’s profile with a dated note. We do not silently edit.
Your identity is protected from the roofer. We do not forward your name or contact information to the company you’re telling us about.
We weight what we hear by relationship: a former employee or industry peer carries more signal than an anonymous account. We may follow up to ask for additional detail.

What market?Pick the closest. We use this to route the tip to the right editor.

What we will and will not do with what you share

We will read everything you send, look into substantive notes, update the roofer’s profile where what you shared is confirmed, and credit you anonymously (e.g., “a former crew member told The Roofers Guide”) only if doing so adds useful context for homeowners.

We will not publish your note verbatim, forward your contact information to the roofer, treat what you share as a public review, aggregate it into a public score, or take action against a roofer based on a single uncorroborated claim.
