About Old Town Roofing & Paint
Old Town Roofing & Paint is a family-owned Cape Girardeau company founded in 2019 that keeps the roof and the rest of the exterior under one crew. It replaces and repairs residential roofs, handles storm damage and some commercial roofing, and also paints, installs siding, replaces windows and hangs seamless gutters across Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Perryville, Scott City and Sikeston.
Old Town is a GAF Certified Plus contractor, a standing that lets it offer GAF's enhanced system warranties on a new roof instead of the standard shingle coverage alone. Its own written workmanship warranty runs one year, so the GAF warranty named in the proposal is the one that carries long-term coverage. Where Old Town stands out is the whole-house project: a new roof and fresh exterior paint scheduled together, with one company answerable for both.
