About Covenant Roofing and Construction

Covenant Roofing and Construction is a mid-size shop led by owner Nathan Kaberline that runs the most complete exterior line of any local shop on this list. Alongside roof replacement and repair for hail and wind damage, they handle siding, windows, seamless gutters, and attic insulation, with insurance-claim assistance built in, so a homeowner rebuilding after a storm can keep the whole exterior with one contractor. They operate out of the Topeka metro with additional offices across eastern Kansas, which gives them real scale for larger jobs. They carry Owens Corning Preferred and CertainTeed credentials, so a new roof and new siding both come with manufacturer-backed systems. One thing to sort out on the call: their BBB profile shows an A+ rating but lists the business as not accredited, even though their site displays a BBB logo, so it is worth asking them to clarify, along with confirming their current Google reviews and Kansas registration. For a Topeka homeowner who wants one shop for the roof and the rest of the exterior, Covenant is a capable full-service option.
