About Kape Roofing & Exteriors
Kape Roofing & Exteriors traces its history to 1991 and has worked through decades of changing roofing materials, installation standards, and storm cycles. The Salina office provides residential and commercial roofing along with siding, windows, and gutters.
What stands out in the company's published feedback is not only the original installation. Customers describe Kape returning when a completed project required attention. One account discusses a shingle-material issue in which the company worked with the distributor, temporarily protected the roof, and completed corrective work. Another says the current ownership honored work completed before the business changed hands.
Kape installs asphalt and metal roofing on homes and commercial properties. Its exterior work includes siding, replacement windows, aluminum or copper gutters, and related improvements.
The ability to coordinate these systems is useful when hail or age affects several parts of the home. It can also simplify planned projects in which the homeowner wants the roof, gutters, and exterior finishes to work together.
